La importancia de las Ciencias- The importance of Sciences - Важность наук
La necesidad de mejorar la calidad de la educación científica de los estudiantes durante la Educación Secundaria (ESO y bachillerato) –también la de quienes no tienen especial interés por realizar estudios superiores de naturaleza científica o tecnológica (Lemke, 2006)– es una valoración socialmente compartida, que en España está particularmente justificada por los resultados de los últimos informes PISA (OCDE, 2003, 2006). En la medida en que esto suceda, se evitará que el interés por las disciplinas científicas disminuya a medida que se avanza en el nivel educativo (Acevedo, 1993; Atkin y Helms, 1993; Barmby et al., 2008), circunstancia responsable de que los estudiantes valoren la importancia de la ciencia y la tecnología, pero no tengan interés en ser científicos o tecnólogos (ROSE, 2004; Vázquez et al., 2005).

The need to improve the quality of science education of students in Secondary Education (ESO and high school), also that of those who have no particular interest in advanced studies of scientific or technological nature (Lemke, 2006) - is an assessment socially shared, which in Spain is particularly justified by the results of the latest PISA (OECD 2003, 2006). To the extent that this happens, it will prevent the interest scientific disciplines diminish as advances in educational level (Acevedo, 1993; Atkin and Helms., 1993; Barmby et al, 2008), a fact responsible for students appreciate the importance of science and technology, but have no interest in being scientists or technologists (ROSE, 2004; Vázquez et al., 2005).

Необходимость повышения качества естественно-научного образования студентов в системе среднего образования (ESO и средней школы), а также у тех, у кого нет особого интереса к углубленным изучением научного или технологического характера (Лемке, 2006) - это оценка социально поделилась, что в Испании, в частности, обосновано результатами последней PISA (OECD 2003, 2006). В той степени, в которой это происходит, это предотвратит интерес научных дисциплин, как умалить достижений в области уровня образования (Асеведо, 1993;. Аткин и Хелмса, 1993; Бармби и др, 2008), а тот факт, ответственный за студенты ценят важность науки и техники, но не имеют никакого интереса в том, ученых или технологов (Rose, 2004;. Васкес и др, 2005).
